The word “little” in “another horn, a little one” occurs only once in the whole Bible – so this is very special.
The standard English concordant word for this word is “bit.” According its usage in English, however, this word “bit” can be used to refer either a tiny amount of something or a large quantity as well, especially when coupled with “digit” in computers.
